M&E Engineer

Responsibilities

. Coordinating the M&E works with other ongoing site works, with engineers, supervisor & contractors.

. Evaluating tenders received for mechanical works.

. Supervising the installation of building services, ensuring that specifications for standards, performance and safety are met.

. Provide solutions for M&E problems and be the key point of contact who liaise with other building professionals on M&E matters.

Requirements

. Possess a Diploma/ ITE Cert (or equivalent) in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Engineering from a recognized Institution

. Possession of Class 3 License would be an advantage
