about the role

manages the design, installation and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. You will also work closely with other disciplines to deliver the project within schedule and budget.

about the job

• achieve project objectives within scope, time, cost, and quality constraints.
• interpret technical designs and ensure compliance with regulations and client specifications.
• coordinate M&E services, prepare drawings, and integrate works on-site.
• plan and monitor work schedules report progress, delays, and rectifications.
• provide technical advice, resolve M&E issues, and arrange inspections with stakeholders.

knowledge and skills

• PEB-recognized Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• minimum 3-5 years experience in M&E works for building/infrastructure projects.
• proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP and MS Office
• strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• familiar with local codes, standards, and authority submission processes.
