Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise all M&E works (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary) on site.
- Ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with standards and safety regulations.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical clarifications prepare shop and coordination drawings for approval.
- Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and resolve technical/engineering issues.
- Attend site/technical meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering disciplines.
- Main contractor experience is a must.
- Strong knowledge of M&E coordination and construction processes.
- Good communication and site supervision skills.
