Job Description
- Check and analysis drawings, authority requirements and tender specifications
- Check site installation whether it is in accordance to design and standards
- Oversee the projects, ensure compliance of contracts and the drawings with regulatory specifications.
- Able to coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Attend meetings with architects and consultants
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least diploma in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering (M&E) or equivalent
- Good operational planning for construction projects
- Good in communication and written abilities
- Required skill: Able to use Microsoft Project to present schedule to the client
- Knowledge in Construction and Renovation.
- Skills required: Autocad
