Prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
Accountable for all M&E works, site inspections, monitoring of progress of work & variation order
Responsible for ensuring that all M&E works of the sub-contractors are in compliance to the Company's and authorities requirements
Review M&E drawings and other materials submissions prepare by the M&E Coordinators to ensure that there are no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
To prepare reports for the Consultant Progress and Technical Meetings
To coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues
Requirements
Min. of 5 - 8 years relevant experience in the Singapore Construction Industry
Recognised Degree/Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
