M&E Engineer

Responsibilities:

. Responsible for managing a team of M&ECoordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works

. Attend project meetings and establish businessrelationship with the clients, consultants and contractors.

. Coordinate closely with the project team members onconstruction activities, including site logistic, building management, and submissionsto relevant authorities.

. Liaise with the M&E sub Contractors on co-ordinationand installation, testing and commissioning

. Monitor site progress, ensure compliance withspecifications, and maintain quality standards

. Support project documentation, including shop drawings,method statements, and as-built drawings

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recognized by Singapore PE Board)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry
• Proficient in BIM and AutoCAD
