M&E ENGINEER

Job Title: M&E Engineer (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation)

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible M&E Engineer to manage and coordinate mechanical and electrical works for construction projects. The candidate will ensure all works are carried out according to specifications, schedule, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate M&E works on-site
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum [3] years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of M&E systems (ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
• Familiar with Singapore regulations and standards
• Good coordination and communication skills
