M&E Coordinator

- Review project specifications and technical clarifications

- Identify/check drawing discrepancies

- Prepare method statements, material requisition

- project planning & supervisions, M&E cost control

- project documentation, drawings updating

- Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters & proposals

- Inspections of work by sub-contractors, ensure timely and smooth progress of works

- To ensure proper quality and safety regulations are complied

- Site monitoring inspection, liaison with local authorities, testing and commissioning.

- Supervise and Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical works.

- Monitor daily work activity schedules.
