Job responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works to ensure seamless project execution
- Supervise and coordinate M&E works at project sites to maintain quality and compliance
- Ensure M&E works are completed on time, within budget, and comply with all relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
- Interpret and apply main contract and subcontract requirements to M&E works
- Monitor progress and workmanship quality to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards
- Prepare structural penetration shop drawings for approval to facilitate construction processes
- Develop M&E coordination drawings and collaborate with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to finalize drawings for approval
- Communicate effectively in verbal and written forms to coordinate with project stakeholders
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on HDB residential projects
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience with main contractors in construction projects
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
