M&E COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate M&E works on site, including electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Communicate with main contractors and sub-contractors to ensure smooth workflow and timely progress
• Review and understand M&E drawings follow up on site installation and work schedule
• Resolve technical issues on site and report progress to the Project Manager
• Ensure all works comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in M&E or construction industry
• Able to read M&E drawings and understand basic mechanical and electrical systems
• Good English communication skills for coordination
• Singapore project experience is an advantage
