M&E Coordinator / Supervisor/ Engineer

Job Overview:
Responsible for coordinating, supervising, and executing M&E works for building projects, ensuring all mechanical & electrical installations are completed according to design, safety standards, and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage M&E works on site including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, fire protection and ELV systems.

Review drawings, technical specs, material submissions, method statements and highlight discrepancies for resolution.

Supervise subcontractors, technicians, and site teams to ensure work quality and timely progress.

Track project schedule, progress, material delivery and ensure works meet contract requirements.

Conduct site inspections, resolve technical/site issues and follow up on rectification works.

Liaise with consultants, clients, authorities, and vendors on project matters.

Support testing & commissioning, QA/QC checks, handover and documentation.

Prepare reports, site records and assist in cost control, variation works and billing matters.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, authority codes (BCA, SCDF, SP, PUB etc.) and project standards.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree/NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Relevant experience in M&E works for building projects

Able to interpret drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving, site supervision, and communication skills.
