- Assist the Site Quantity Surveyor by providing necessary information for work-in-progress claims and variation orders.
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to identify and resolve clashes or discrepancies.
- Ensure M&E subcontractors receive the latest approved architectural and structural drawings for shop drawing preparation, including any revisions or amendments.
- Coordinate with subcontractors regarding drawing discrepancies and report issues to consultants and the Project Manager, following up until resolution.
- Monitor and manage the progress of M&E subcontractors to prevent delays to other trades.
- Coordinate with M&E subcontractors on structural penetration drawings and cast-in items, and update the Project Engineer during technical meetings.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Architectural, Structural, and M&E works.
