M&E Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and relevant authorities
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
• - Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings and project schedule
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with main contractors and other departments
• Monitor work progress and resolve technical or coordination issues on site
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and regulatory requirements
• Conduct inspections and testing of M&E systems
• Prepare progress reports and documentation
• Assist in project handover and maintenance documentation

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction or M&E coordination
• Knowledge of local authority requirements and Singapore construction regulations
• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings and technical documents
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
