M&E COORDINATOR

Job Description

1. Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule

2. Coordinating M&E matters on site and liaise with clients and consultants on work progress to ensure works are in accordance with contract specs and drawings and regulations

3. Prepare M&E program and submission schedule

4. Prepare / Plan all drawings required to meet submission deadline

5. Draft plans and detailed drawings from sketch and prepare combined service plans

6. Supervise, monitor and inspect all M & E works to ensure quality of work

7. Provide support and arrange the necessary required inspections

Job Requirement

1. Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or Related Fields

2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in local construction industry

3. Good knowledge in local M&E related standards & requirements

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
