Report directly to the M&E Manager/Project Manager on site progress and technical issues related to M&E.
To lead a team of workers and ensure that the M&E work is done in accordance with drawings and schedules.
Able to liaise with internal architecture, M&E and structure on site related matters.
Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule
Safety minded orientated for M&E work & installation.
Liaise with RE/RTO for site inspection and able to read combined services drawing (CSD),Combined Penetration drawing (CPD), Wall opening drawing (WOD) and shop drawing
Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the worksite.
Storing & handling equipment & materials and reducing wastage
Coordinate M&E works in Building Construction
Resolving site issues and problems
Assists the project team in ensuring the aspect if M&E complies with the tender / client's specification and all standards and regulations
Ensuring scheduled work / task complete
Ability to plan temporary works such as electricity and water supply during the construction phase.
