Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a leading contractor as an M&E Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in managing mechanical and electrical systems within large-scale projects, ensuring quality and compliance every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with M&E consultants and contractors to guarantee adherence to project specifications.
Supervise M&E subcontractors and manage site installation activities.
Ensure all M&E works comply with quality standards and the approved sequence of execution.
Prepare and manage MEP clearances based on finalized CCSM approvals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with approved submissions.
Participate in coordination meetings to facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with the construction team for smooth project execution.
Identify and resolve coordination and technical issues on-site.
Review existing BIM models and make necessary updates.
Assist the Architectural and M&E Manager with assigned tasks.
Ensure timely achievement of coordination milestones.

Requirements

A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related engineering field.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an M&E coordinator in large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of M&E drawings, specifications, scope, and work sequencing.
Familiarity with BIM and Revit coordination.
A team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
