M&E Coordinator (Mechanical & Electrical)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site
• Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
• Review M&E drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical or coordination issues
• Ensure works are carried out according to schedule and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
• Prepare reports, documentation, and as-built drawings

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects
• Knowledge of M&E systems and coordination processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with local authority requirements (e.g. MOM, BCA)
• Proficient in AutoCAD (BIM knowledge is an advantage)
