- Requirements:
- . Candidate must possess atleast Diploma / Degree in M&E.
- . M & E Cert preferred
- . Min 2-4 years of relevantsite experience in Residential and commercial project.
- Responsibilities:
- . In charge of all M&Ematters e.g. sanitary and plumbing, ACMV, electrical, security and lift
- . Liaise with both nominatedand domestic contractors and consultants on mechanical and electrical work andproduce progress report
- . Site inspections to ensureM&E works are in accordance to requirements
- . Coordinate all M & Eworks, including monitoring of work progress
- . Read and review M&Edrawings
