Position: M&E Coordinator (LTA Project)
Salary: Up to $7,000
Work Week: 5.5 Days (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Sat 8am-12pm)
We are looking for an experienced M&E Coordinator to support a major LTA infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination experience with consultants, system-wide contractors, and M&E subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with M&E consultants and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Supervise M&E subcontractors and oversee site installation works
- Ensure all M&E works meet quality standards and approved sequence of works
- Prepare and manage MEP clearances in accordance with signed-off Final CCSM
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with approved submissions
- Attend SWCs coordination meetings
- Communicate effectively with construction team to ensure smooth site execution
- Resolve coordination and technical issues on-site
- Understand and review existing BIM (Revit) models
- Edit and update BIM models when required
- Assist Architectural and M&E Manager on assigned tasks
- Ensure timely completion of coordination milestones
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Preferably with LTA project exposure
- Strong understanding of M&E drawings, specifications, scope and work sequencing
- Familiar with BIM / Revit coordination
- Team player with good communication and coordination skills
