M&E COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

• Assists in planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings
• Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of M&E works on site
• Coordination of sub-contractor's M&E work and ensuring the work is on schedule
• Liaises with site engineers to ensure a smoothly workflow
• Conducts M&E coordination meeting
• Attend site meetings
• Coordinate, liaise & communicate with people of all levels

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or BCAA Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination
• Minimum 5 years of local building project experience in managing M&E engineering as M&E Coordinator in construction site
• Familiar with construction site activities
• Flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
