Job Summary
You will review and study M&E drawings, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical or site issues, ensure compliance with specifications, supervise site progress, and manage schedules to complete work on time in HDB residential projects.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze M&E drawings to identify and resolve technical or site issues with consultants and subcontractors
- Ensure M&E works comply with project specifications and approved drawings
- Communicate site problems and progress updates promptly to the Project Manager
- Supervise and monitor on-site work progress to maintain quality and schedule adherence
- Arrange and attend inspections or meetings with clients and contractors to facilitate project coordination
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work according to project schedules
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on HDB residential projects
- Familiarity with Singapore building construction environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognised institutions
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HDB or private residential projects
- Completion of at least one BTO project
Other Information
- Salary: $2500-$5000 (Dependent on experience)
- Working hours: 8am to 5pm
- Working days: 5.5 days per week
