Report directly to the Project Manager and M&E Manager and coordinating M&E activities across the project.
Coordinate all M&E-related issues with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and resolve technical discrepancies.
Coordinate service requirements for both site work and pre-cast production, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Schedule work activities, inspections, and ensure that all tasks are completed on time, meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
Monitor and track the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates to the Project Manager and ensuring alignment with the overall project schedule.
Ensure all M&E work complies with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields PE Board recognized degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with strong coordination experience in M&E systems.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM software, or other relevant M&E design tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry best practices related to M&E systems.
