- To monitor and supervise M&E works.
- To ensure all M&E installations and implementations are in accordance to approved drawings and materials.
- To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange for inspection with RTO or RE.
- To ensure quality of works is achieved and complied with the standard regulations.
- To arrange and attend inspection or meeting with clients or contractors.
- Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognised institutions.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HDB projects.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Candidate with more experiences will be considered for senior role
