Job Summary
- Lead coordination and management of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) installation and system requirements for LTA projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across design, construction, and subcontractor teams to deliver timely and quality outcomes.
- Manage and supervise in-house E&M subcontractors to ensure shop drawings and services are coordinated effectively, supporting proper sequencing and installation quality
- Proactively identify and resolve coordination issues to minimize delays and maintain project progress
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Specialist Diploma in M&E coordination
- Experience of 3-5 years in LTA projects M&E coordination within local construction firms or LTA-MRT projects
- Demonstrated independence, self-motivation, and proactive problem-solving attitude with a positive approach
