This role involves both project coordination and technical drafting to support our projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee M&E works, collaborating with clients, contractors, and local authorities to manage submissions and obtain necessary approvals.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring all operations comply with applicable standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Draft, update, and review M&E drawings using AutoCAD proficiency in Revit MEP/BIM is a bonus.
- Perform inspections of M&E installations, including Fire Sprinkler, Fire Suppression, and Fire Alarm systems.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to ensure designs are accurate and compliant with project requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of drawings, manage revisions, and prepare as-built and submission documentation.
- Assist in site measurements, verify completed works, and support other ad-hoc project tasks.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher NITEC/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred fresh graduates with strong technical capabilities are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Architecture, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is an advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD experience with Revit MEP or other BIM software is beneficial.
