. Must be able to coordinate, supervise and oversee all M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary Services.
. Must be able to ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
. Must be able to prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for M&E related works with project teams efficiently.
. Must be able to coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
. Must be able to prepare technical submissions and work with suppliers and on-site officers.
. Must be able to assist the Project Manager on all M&E related matters.
. Must be able to resolve technical and site issues amicably and efficiently.
Requirements
. A recognized Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
