Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage M&E project activities, including design coordination, material requisition, cost control, supervision, and documentation.
- Coordinate and resolve technical or site issues with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades (civil, structural, architectural).
- Oversee on-site M&E works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit M&E shop drawings and coordinated drawings arrange installations accordingly.
- Monitor project schedules, conduct site meetings, and ensure safe work practices are followed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of M&E coordination experience in civil construction projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of M&E systems with proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resolve site issues.
- Highly organized, able to handle project schedules, documentation, and site supervision effectively.
