Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements
Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients project representatives, statutory /authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission
Review design deliverables together with the design consultants / engineers and ensure that it is in order for submission
Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements
Project Management and sites supervision works.
Able to coordinate with contractors and consultants for engineering issues and drawing plans.
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems and procedures.
Job Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience after tertiary education in relevant field in the construction supervision of E&M building services works for residential projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature of work, including A&A works within existing residential developments.
Holds Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience in coordination of transit projects with BIM with full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TOP process.
Logical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Having experiences in High-Rise Residential Project would be bonus and advantageous.
