Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Project management and supervision of all M&E project works in the company.
  • Supervise and manage the team to drive initiatives leading to project completion.
  • Oversee progress of all site activities, documentation, use of resources and coordination works through to project completion, including liaison with clients and their representatives, architects, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and the relevant authorities.
  • Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
  • Ensure timely submissions and compliance to regulatory requirements.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and above.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in residential, government, and commercial buildings.
  • Experience with A1 or A2 building companies.
