M&E COORDINATOR

Site Coordination: Lead coordination between various trades (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) to ensure all services fit within building constraints.

Drawing & Technical Review: Study M&E shop drawings and specifications to identify design clashes (using BIM/Revit) and discrepancies before installation.

Progress Monitoring: Track daily site activities and update M&E work schedules to align with the overall project master programme.

Quality & Safety Compliance: Inspect installations to ensure they meet approved designs, local codes (e.g., SCDF, BCA, NEA), and safety standards.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and handle submittal reviews.

Testing & Commissioning: Assist in the troubleshooting, testing, and final handover of M&E systems
