M&E Project Coordinator

Location: East

Role:
Coordinate M&E projects, track progress, and support project teams to ensure smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.

• Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Prepare reports and documentation.

• Support project manager in resolving site issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.

• 2-5 years experience in M&E project coordination.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office.

ACMV Project Engineer

Location: East

Role:
Manage ACMV system projects from design to commissioning, ensuring quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and implement ACMV designs.

• Supervise installation and commissioning on-site.

• Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution.

• Assist in cost estimation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.

• 3-6 years ACMV/M&E project experience.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and site supervision.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

BIM Modeller (M&E)

Location: West

Role:
Create and manage 3D BIM models for M&E systems and coordinate with project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update BIM models.

• Perform clash detection and design validation.

• Generate drawings and reports.

• Support project teams in coordination.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services.

• 2-5 years experience in M&E BIM modelling.

• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks.

• Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
