- Position Title: M&E Coordinator
- Working Location: Islandwide
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri 8am - 6pm, Sat 8am - 12pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $5,500 + Allowances + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site to meet design, safety, quality, and schedule targets.
- Assist Project Manager in the Project Management, Project Planning, coordination and preparation of documents for submission.
- Ensure smooth delivery of projects through effective planning, management and deployment of resources.
- Liaise with various related parties including customer, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirements are met.
- Identify and record any problems relating to the products and processes.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Has at least 1 year of M&E Engineering experience
- Able to plan/coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies
- Autodesk Revit MEP experience will be an advantage
