M&E BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As Business Development Manager, you will be involved in formulating business development strategies and working towards meeting company expansion targets. The successful candidate shall be one of the key senior managers.

Responsibilities:

. Work with M&E consultants on projects for ACMV, Clean Room, Electrical Services, Plumbing Services, Clean Water Services, Sewage Water Services, Chilled and condensed Water Services, Fire Services

. Develop, establish and maintain high level business contacts with M&E Consultants, main contractors, and building developers

. Source for ACMV contractors / subcon for Duct fabrication work

. Follow up on new projects listed

. Adhere to sales targets

. Work and communicate closely with project and QS teams

Requirements

. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Engineering disciplines

. At least 5 - 10 years experience in construction or related sectors (e.g. M&E consulting firm / M&E project management / M&E equipment sales)

. Candidates must have a good understanding of the construction industry in the areas of M&E works in Singapore and already have established contacts within the market

. Knowledge of ACMV and electrical systems and ability to read construction drawings
