M&E BIM Modeller

We are looking for an M&E BIM Modeller to support building services projects. Responsible for creating and updating M&E BIM models and drawings, coordinating with architectural/structural teams, and ensuring models meet project requirements.

Requirements:

. Diploma/Certificate in M&E, BIM, Engineering or related field

. Experience with Revit MEP / BIM modelling

. Knowledge of M&E services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection

. Able to read technical drawings and work with project teams

. Relevant Singapore construction/BIM experience preferred
