Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as you contribute to project success through effective site management and documentation. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit product catalogues, technical data, shop drawings, method statements, and operation & maintenance manuals to the client. Oversee all site matters and ensure comprehensive documentation for assigned sites. Provide daily status reports of work progress to management. Ensure site activities are on schedule and align with the scope of contract. Facilitate conflict resolution and participate in site meetings. Collaborate in testing and commissioning processes with subcontractors, main contractors, and consultants. Conduct training sessions for the client prior to project handover. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum diploma in Mechanical Engineering. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of ACMV (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation Works) is an advantage. Standard workweek: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
