Plan, manage, and supervise M&E maintenance and project works, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, upgrading works, and minor A&A projects.
Prepare tenders, quotations, cost estimates, work schedules, method statements, and project documentation for maintenance contracts and project works.
Carry out project planning, material requisition, cost control, progress tracking, site supervision, testing and commissioning coordination, and handover documentation.
Lead and coordinate supervisors, technicians, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and other stakeholders on technical, operational, contractual, and project-related matters.
Monitor the performance and reliability of M&E systems and equipment and implement Improvement actions to maximise uptime and operational efficiency.
Support business development activities, including identifying potential opportunities, attending site briefings, preparing proposals, following up with clients, and assisting in securing new projects or maintenance contracts.
Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with workplace safety, health, environmental, and company procedures.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement:
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in M&E services, facilities maintenance, project management.
Experience in solar photovoltaic system installation, operations, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, or project coordination will be an advantage
