M&E Engineer

Job Description

- Participate in project meetings and propose improvements when necessary

- Evaluate potential problems and technical issues, and develop effective solutions

- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and updated project information

- Supervise ongoing projects and coordinate team members toensure workflow remains on track

- Manage project-related documentation and ensure all necessary materials are updated, properly filed, and stored

- Assist in negotiation of subcontractor packages and preparation of subcontractor/supplier agreement letters

- Coordinate site workflow and resolve site-related issues

- Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails

- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives

- Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budget

- Understand work sequences and project planning strategies

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical(M&E) systems and services.

- Good understanding of local codes, regulations, and statutory requirements relating to M&E services, building construction, and workplace safety.

- Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
