Job Summary

Plans and supervises mechanical and electrical (M&E) works including air-conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical installations. Coordinates site activities, supervises contractors, resolves M&E issues, and liaises with building professionals to ensure timely, budget-compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise installation of air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, plumbing sanitary, and electrical works in building and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate M&E activities with other ongoing site works to ensure seamless project integration
• Supervise contractors and workers to achieve timely completion of M&E works within allocated budgets
• Identify and implement effective solutions for M&E technical problems to maintain project quality and progress
• Serve as the primary liaison with other building professionals on all M&E-related matters to facilitate collaboration and compliance
