M&E Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

. Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager

. Control the progress of RFA, RFI, Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Status for on-time completion.

. Coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress

. Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Procurement/Fabrication/Delivery Schedule for on-time completion.

. Assist for submission of evaluation of progress claim, variation work to M&E Manager

. Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings

. Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record.

Requirements:

. Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore

. Minimum 3 years work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry

. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering experience in HDB projects or high-rise developments

. Possess strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences

. Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams to execute work
