Job Responsibility
- Develop client relationships and drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with CBRE's and the client's processes, needs, and expectations.
- Plan and document work in detail, following all standards.
- Provide clear leadership and effective communication of contractual obligations.
- Identify opportunities for strategic development and secure contract retention during tender processes.
- Maintain a close professional relationship with the client and provide advice, guidance, and knowledge sharing.
- Establish good relationship with Client's vendors including Data Center Service Providers.
- Ensure 100% uptime of the facility at all times.
- DC Provider PPM supervision and custody.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors to ensure delivery in line with standards.
- Handle project management tasks as needed.
- Meeting within the team, other streams, and third parties
Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of experience working in a data center.
- Technical background (Electrical preferred).
- Understands and be able to interpret Electrical Single Line Diagram.
- Knowledge of tools such as Autocad, Microsoft Projects.
- Proficient in communication (Business level of English)
- Flexible mindset to handle a wide range of responsibilities.
- Goal-oriented and a good facilitator.
- Attention to detail and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Structured, reliable, and proactive in taking initiative.
- Maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
