Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on-site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and coordination issues
- Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor site progress and ensure M&E works are carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Conduct site inspections and supervise subcontractors to ensure proper installation and workmanship
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve clashes and ensure smooth integration of works
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and propose effective solutions
- Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on M&E progress and issues
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and authority requirements
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant coordination software
- Experience in handling large-scale building or construction projects is preferred
