M&E Coordinator (Mixed-Development)

Job Description:

1. Coordinating with multiple parties (consultants, architectures, authority agencies, client's project representatives, sub-contractors etc) for the establishment of the M&E design.

2. Attending design technical meeting to address technical and coordination issues.

3. Reviewing sub-contractor technical submission to ensure that it is in order for submission.

4. Liaising with M&E sub-contractors and M&E consultant when required to address technical issues.

5. Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any technical issues that may arise.

6. To chair BIM meeting and ensure M&E services to be well-coordinated.

7. Monitoring and managing sub-contractor technical submission/approval progress to ensure that the approval is within project timeline.

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma/degree mechanical or electrical engineering.

2. Minimum 8 years of engineering work experience in relevant field.

3. Knowledge in design and build project and relevant code of practice.

4. Strong building M&E knowledge with hands-on experience.
