Coordinate with M&E Consultants and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs) to ensure compliance with M&E specifications and quality standards.
Liaise with M&E subcontractors and supervise on-site M&E installation works.
Prepare, manage, and track MEP clearances in accordance with approved Final CCSM.
Attend SWC coordination meetings and work closely with the construction team to ensure smooth execution of site installation activities.
Review, understand, and update BIM (Revit) models in detail when required.
Assist the Architectural and M&E Manager with assigned tasks and coordination works.
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in LTA projects.
Strong understanding of M&E specifications, drawings, scope, and sequence of works.
A proactive team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
