A premier US law firm is seeking a mid to senior-level associate to join its high-performing M&A and Private Equity practice in Singapore. This team handles complex cross-border transactions for leading global sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and multinational corporates across the APAC region.

3+ PQE in M&A, ideally with private equity experience
