M&A Due Diligence Analyst - Fund Management (12 Month Convertible Contract)

An established Fund Management firm is hiring for a high-profile strategic project within the Alternatives platform. This role reports directly to the Head of Alternatives and offers strong exposure to senior leadership, including CEO-level presentations.

Responsibilities

. Lead financial and commercial due diligence across potential acquisitions and strategic investments
. Perform financial modelling, valuation analysis and quality of earnings assessments
. Analyse financial statements, identify key risks and assess cash flow sustainability
. Consolidate complex findings, derive insights and structure clear investment recommendations
. Prepare detailed investment decks for senior management and CEO review

Requirements

. 2-5 years of experience in M&A, Transaction Services, Investment Banking or Buy-side Due Diligence
. Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
. Experience preparing investment memorandums / deal presentations
. Ability to work independently in a lean, fast-paced environment
. Strong communication skills with senior stakeholder exposure
