M&A Advisor - Listed Investment Group

We are supporting a listed investment group in the search for an M&A professional.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead end-to-end M&A evaluations, including financial modelling, due diligence coordination, and recommendations to senior management and the Board.

. Support deal structuring and negotiations, working closely with internal teams and external advisors on commercial, legal, and regulatory matters.

. Contribute to group strategy and portfolio management, including performance reviews, JV partner management, and market analysis.

Key Requirements

. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with 8+ years of experience in M&A, transactions, or corporate finance.

. Strong hands-on experience in financial modelling, due diligence, and transaction execution.

. Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior management, Board members, and external partners.
