Luxury Watch Sales Assistant - YH

Salary : $2,800 - $3,500
Location : Telok Ayer
Working hour : 10am to 7pm (Mon to Fri), 10am to 6pm(Sat)

Job Description:
. Provide professional and personalised customer service to walk-in and VIP clients.
. Promote and sell luxury Swiss watches and related accessories.
. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
. Build and maintain a strong client database for repeat business.
. Handle product enquiries, after-sales service coordination, and follow-ups.
. Maintain boutique visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
. Process transactions accurately, including cash, card, and invoice handling.
. Participate in brand events, product launches, and promotional activities

Requirements:
. Prior retail or luxury sales experience preferred (watches, jewellery, fashion, or premium goods).
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and proactive attitude.
. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
