Job Title: Sales Assistant / Senior Sales Assistant

Monthly Salary: UP to $2500 (Negotiable)

Working Address: Multiple locations

Working hours: 5 days work week. 44 hours.
Rotating shifts: morning shift, afternoon shift and full shift.

Responsibilities and duties

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.

- Drive sales by achieving individual and store sales targets.

- Process transactions accurately (cash, credit card, digital payments).

- Assist in stock management, including receiving, replenishing, and organizing merchandise.

- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and display standards.

- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.

- Stay updated on current promotions, new products, and brand guidelines.

- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualification and Requirements

- Previous retail experience in sales or customer service (experience in fashion or footwear preferred)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A passion for women's products and fashion.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Willingness to take initiative and embrace challenges.
