44 hours per week (Must be able to work retail hours)
Salary: $2,800 - $3,500
We are looking for experienced and passionate Senior Sales Advisors to join well-known international luxury retail brands. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven by exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge of products along with basic selling skills and recommendations
- Manage client relationships and satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales service
- Ensure the shop floor is always maintained to a high standard
- Build and develop a client database and maintain good relationships with clients
- Responsible for stock management and boutique maintenance
- Support team members in administrative duties such as updating of stock count & traffic count reports
- Processing of credit card & cash payments
- Update of after-sales records/transactions into the system
- Ensure strict adherence to all retail standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the retail industry, preferably in luxury retailing
- Able to commit to retail hours and willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays
