Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To The Following
- Assisting in managing of the retail sales which includes but not limited to-
- Hosting of walk-in customers and those by appointments
- Handling of enquiries, sales and order fulfilments
- Styling and providing advice to the customers in order to drive sales
- Handling of the retail operations which includes but not limited to-
- Receiving and processing new stock, replenishment, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock take exercise
- Unpacking and sorting out of products
- Simple visual merchandising of products and retail space
- Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Able to work on Saturdays
- Prior luxury retail sales and styling experience will be preferred
- Understanding of luxury fashion is key
- Has a keen interest in fashion and trends
- Customer service-oriented
- Pleasant disposition
- Commission of up to SGD2000
- No visa pass is required only
- Able to speak fluently in English. Additional language capabilities will be favourably considered
